Well, a few years ago, we hired who we thought was a reputable, licensed roofer... only to find continuous leaks. After months of tarps and buckets in the attic, we call said roofer to come back to fix his work. Alas, after 3 trips back, he insisted he did the flashing correctly, we took it apart ourselves to find this.

After, I took out the window, cleaned up all the mess, I installed apron flashing, corner flashing and replaced the window with flashing as well.  |
